Drunk Russian Soldier Levels Vicious Punch on Reporter

Guess what? Russia may also have a problem with fake news.

Check out this bizarre moment during a live Russian news segment, in which a soldier interrupts the report and then gets violent with the reporter.

We have no idea what they're saying, so we're not sure why the paratrooper threw the punch or if it's just a matter of him having had too much to drink.

And while Russia is a major topic of conversation in the Donald Trump White House, we'd like to think we're more civilized than this, although that's debatable, considering the highly-publicized incident in June in which Montana Rep. Greg Gianforte assaulted a reporter.

With so much hostility, distrust and rage that many people have toward the media, one can only hope moments like this don't become commonplace.
