Exclusive Opportunity: Get Your Products On United’s Shelves In Texas
If you’ve got a killer salsa recipe, a locally brewed drink, or the best BBQ rub in Texas, this could be your big break! The United Family is officially accepting applications for its 2nd annual Discovery Showcase, a one-of-a-kind event that helps local and regional vendors get their products into United Supermarkets, Market Street, and Amigos locations across Texas and New Mexico.
What’s the Deal?
From February 17 through March 10, small businesses and food vendors can submit applications to be considered for this exclusive opportunity. The United Family will hand-pick businesses based on product fit and market readiness, and if you make the cut, you’ll be invited to Lubbock on April 30 for an in-person pitch event where you can showcase your product directly to the decision-makers.
This isn’t just a meeting—it’s a full business accelerator with:
✔ Face-to-face vendor meetings
✔ Retail industry insights and breakout sessions
✔ A supplier expo for brands to connect with buyers
Who’s Had Success Before?
Last year’s event was a huge success, with several local brands earning a spot on United’s shelves, including:
🔥 Kylitos Salsa
🔥 The Candyman Co.
🔥 Wright’s Salsa
🔥 All Hale Meats
🔥 Vollemans Milk
United’s Chief Merchandising Officer Tony Crumpton says they’re excited to keep that momentum going:
"United Supermarkets has always been deeply rooted in our local communities. We love bringing Texas and New Mexico flavors to our guests, and last year’s Discovery Showcase helped us find some incredible new products."
How to Apply
If you’re a local vendor with a great product, don’t miss this game-changing opportunity! Applications are open now through March 10. For details and to apply, visit United Family’s website.
This could be YOUR chance to go from a small business to a household name—are you ready?
