Don’t Sleep on This Absolutely Delicious Lubbock Buffet

My friend Elaina and I decided to try out Kaveri Indian Cuisine (formerly known as Royal Indian Cuisine), yesterday, and guys, it was superb! I am now completely hooked and I will be making it a monthly (maybe even weekly) lunchtime stop. The buffet was soooooo good. I can't get over it.

My friends have all been telling me to go there for a long time and for some reason, I've put it off. This was a huge mistake on my part. I've been totally missing out.

All of the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The sauces were amazing. It was such a fantastic experience. My friend and I both really loved it, and it was fun to have something different.

The staff was also incredibly friendly. Nearly every table in the restaurant had someone sitting in it. I'd heard through the grapevine that it was a local favorite, and I'm glad I finally had the chance to go. I highly recommend stopping by the lunch buffet over at Kaveri Indian Cuisine. It's stellar.

The restaurant is also under new management and as I mentioned, they just had a name change. With that, comes a new Facebook page, and everything else. It would be great if we all showed them some support! Give them a follow, go in for lunch, and let's keep this awesome local business going for as long as possible.
