Lubbock has officially entered free outdoor concert season!

According to KCBD, Lubbock County has announced a bunch of free summer concerts with High Noon Summer Concert Series '26, which offers live local music, food trucks, and other family fun all summer long.

When Are The Concerts?

Every Wednesday from noon until 1 pm, beginning June 3rd and wrapping up August 5th, you can stop by and check out free music, grab something yummy from a food truck, and wait to see if you win a cool $50 from a weekly raffle.

Attendees will each receive one ticket to enter the raffle, but you've got to be present when they draw your name to win, so make sure you stick around until the end.

Where Will They Be?

The concerts will feature local musicians and take place at the Lubbock County Courthouse downtown, just another great reason to hang around the heart of Lubbock and check out all of the improvements made to Broadway Street.

If you work in the area, you could spend your lunch breaks jamming out and grubbing on some tasty food truck tacos. Sounds kind of magical. Might be hard to go back to work after that... No judgment here.

Lubbock Loves Free Events!

Lubbock could certainly use more free events like this, especially with the skyrocketing price of gas. I have a feeling this summer will be less about travel and more about making fun at home when you can.
