The Family Historian
This is the family member who can tell you everything, and I mean, EVERYTHING about every house your family ever owned, and who visited it, usually dating well back to the 80s.
The One Who Is Always Late
You tell them dinner is at 5.
They have other plans and will be arriving at 5:27, on the dot.
The Grill Master
This role usually belongs to dad, but I've seen some uncles and cousins take over at times. The grill master should be protected at all costs, cuz...burgers. Mmm..
The Facebook Reporter
Before you've even made it home from an event, this person has already posted photos and tagged several people who weren't even there. Oops.
The Practical Joker
Everyone loves this person until the joke's on them.
Then, things can get ugly...

The One Who Can't Leave Without Talking For Another Friggin' Hour
I bet this person comes to mind instantly!
They just aren't ever quite ready to leave the gathering, and maybe it's because they love you so much! Or, maybe it's because they are lonesome...and obnoxious, but hey! They are family!
