Which of These Courses Sound the Most Interesting?
Taking a look at some of these options, Beer Appreciation at the University of Houston is calling out to me. When your course description has "serving, and recommending beer and food combinations." That just sounds like a perfect day and you're going to give me college credits for this? Also Texas BBQ at Texas A&M sounds like a good time. Just imagine getting to sample some of the food on cooking day. A broke college kid will be eating well.
Which Course Sounds Like the Worst Time?
I won't lie, the biggest university on this list. The University of Texas at Austin's 'Arguing the End of the World' class just sounds depressing. Do I want to spend three hours a week discussing the apocalypse? Nah, I think I will use my alternate credits somewhere else thank you very much.
