A 4-year-old boy in Texas was heartbreakingly killed after he was devastatingly swept away into vicious flood waters.

CAUGHT IN FLOOD WATER

A North Texas family got stuck in flood water late Sunday night in Johnson County.  Chelsey Warren, her husband, and their 4-year-old son Lucas Warren did not expect to be caught in flood waters because they had witnessed other vehicles driving through the same area.

“Usually, there’s a block in the road that says don’t pass through there or has a sign that says flooding water, please turn around, and there was nothing,” Chelsey Warren said.

“My car battery died, and then the car started filling up with water, so we grabbed Lucas out of his car seat,” Chelsey Warren said
