Now this is an ice cream truck that stands out.

New to the ice cream food truck scene but not new to the area, a new food truck is rolling out all the sweetness.

The owners of the new The Rolling Cones have been in the food truck industry for a couple of years now. They actually started with a wood-fired pizza trailer which some of their best friends took over.

Now the new idea coming to them, an over-the-top desert food truck. About a month in and it has taken off pretty fast.

They started coming up with ideas and things to make, the first one the "Ruby Tuesday." It is a waffle cone rimmed with buttercream icing and graham crackers, strawberry cheesecake ice cream with a whole slice of cheesecake on top with whipped cream graham crackers, and strawberry syrup.

After that idea was genius they started thinking about others which led to nine more menu items that they now call their speciality.

The top two best sellers are the Ruby Tuesday "cheesecake" and the Satisfaction "cookies n cream."

They offer 21 different flavors of Blue Bell ice cream and milkshakes as well. I can't even decide which one I want because they all look delicious.
