New Lubbock Chinese Restaurant Opens, Highly Rated Already

Back in February Renee broke the exciting news for us that a new Asian spot was coming to Lubbock.

Now it is time to try it out!

It is called Kung Fu China Express.

"Kungfu China Express is a Chinese restaurant based in Midland, TX that serves authentic Chinese food.[...].

We are dedicated to preparing our delicious food like stir fry, chow mein, teriyaki chicken, noodles, and more!"

The reviews on Yelp are generally very positive, with the restaurant having an overall 4.5 star rating. "Huge portions" is mentioned frequently.

One person in Lubbock has posted about it now that it is opened in Lubbock and said he is excited.

"Today is the grand opening of Kung Fu China Express on 60th and Slide. I was their first customer on their first day. Lots of staff and everything was very fresh and they are heaping it on. They brought me a sample in a to-go container. Lol they also seem very eager to have you sample everything."

Other people said the staff was friendly and they give huge portions. All the food pictures I have seen look good. I am ready to try it.
