Back in March, I told y'all about a new spot that was coming to Lubbock and now you can try it!

Since The Nick's Sports Grill and Lounge location on 98th and Quaker Avenue closed back in 2020 we all have been wondering what was going to take over that amazing space.

The new owners of the building are amazing people who have brought Lubbock The West Table, Dirk's and Brewery LBK. Cameron West and his team have bought the old building and have done a lot of renovations to get this restaurant ready for the community.

The new restaurant will be a concept they have never done before. It will be an upscale-casual restaurant called Neighborhood F+B. The F+B stands for Food & Beverage.

If you have driven by you can see that they have already done a lot of work to the building. They are now open for people to enjoy just for dinner to start.

They have appetizers, soups, salads, handhelds and plates.

The space has been renovated with an updated interior design scheme featuring increased natural lighting, new fixtures, tables, and chairs, and a focus on natural greenery and accents throughout.

Neighborhood F+B serves an elevated seasonal American fare with shareable appetizers, craft cocktails, local beers, and a diverse wine selection. The ambition is to create an approachable yet modern spin on a neighborhood bar and grill for residents of South Lubbock.

I am so excited and ready to try this place. I will be going there tonight and can't wait. It is a perfect location for them and we know all the things they have opened have been really good.
