Taylor Sheridan and the Four Sixes Ranch To Open A Steakhouse in Las Vegas
From Guthrie, Texas to Las Vegas, Nevada, the Four Sixes Ranch is well known and it's story keeps getting larger.
The Four Sixes was purchased by "Yellowstone creator" Taylor Sheridan back in 2022 and while the 150-year-old ranch was already well known to many Texans, Sheridan has raised its public profile and his next move will have it in the bright lights of Las Vegas.
According to the Dallas Morning News, Sheridan and the Four Sixes Ranch will open a new steakhouse, described as a pop-up, inside the Wynn Las Vegas. According to the report the new Four Sixes Steakhouse concept will focus on prime steaks and ingredients from Texas. An executive chef at the Wynn, Dave Middleton, will create the menu.
It is set to feature an over-the-top caviar tower accompanied by potato tots, kettle chips, brioche toast, fried chicken tenders, chive crema, deviled quail eggs, lemon zest, parsley and bacon bits.
The beef features span a tableside tartare served with tortilla chips, 28-ounce cowboy steak and 40-ounce tomahawk steak.
And you can bet, it come with a hefty price tag. There are a lot of really good restaurants and steakhouses in Las Vegas, but I have a feeling the Four Sixes Steakhouse, for as long as its open, will be packed. I know I wouldn't mind trying it.
In a statement, Taylor Sheridan said the menu will highlight "time honored recipes from the ranch".
Reservations will open to the public beginning Monday, August 26. The first seating will be on Monday, September 16 at 5:30pm.
