Texas Tech Football Announces Sellout Of Another Home Game
Back on August 2nd, Texas Tech Football announced that it had sold out of single game tickets for the Red Raider home game against the Oregon Ducks. On August 4th, Texas Tech announced that season tickets for the Red Raiders were sold out. On Thursday, Texas Tech had another big announcement.
Tickets for Texas Tech's home game against Houston are now officially, sold out. The Big 12 opener against Houston being sold out means that two of the first three home games for the Red Raiders. Tickets still remain for Texas Tech hosting Tarleton State and some of those tickets are priced at $15.
According to a Texas Tech press release, tickets are going fast but still remain for the rest of the Big 12 home schedule for Texas Tech. That means games against Kansas State, TCU, and UCF still have tickets available, but I don't expect it to stay that way.
Ticket prices do go up once Texas Tech gets into Big 12 play.
Single-game prices start as low as $15 for Tarleton State and rise to $35 for Kansas State and UCF and $50 for the Thursday night showdown with TCU. Tickets for any of those four games can still be purchased by calling the Athletics Ticket Office at 806-742-TECH or by visiting TexasTech.com.
Fans are excited about Texas Tech Football this season and it shows.
