
Trump Still Doesn’t Endorse In Senate Race or House Race To Replace Arrington
President Trump flew to Corpus Christi on Friday to fire up Texas Republicans and get Republican voters motivated to get out and vote. A number of Republican statewide candidates went to Corpus Christi as well. Many that had the endorsement and some who were still seeking the coveted Trump endorsement.
Trump Issues Endorsements Ahead of Texas Visit
According to the Fox7Austin.com, President Trump took to Truth Social before flying to Texas and endorsed candidates up and down the Texas Republican ballot. The President did not issue an endorsement in the primary race for U.S. Senate. Trump has said in the past that all three Republican candidates are friends and supporters, but some still believe that the President could change his mind and endorse in a runoff.
Trump also left off his endorsement announcement another baking for Rep. Tony Gonzales who has had Trump has endorsed before. Trump also refused to step into the election between Rep. Dan Crenshaw and State Rep. Steve Toth.

Trump has also refused to endorse in the race to replace Congressman Jodey Arrington in the 19th Congressional District. That race has 7 candidates in the Republican primary.
Election Day is Tuesday, March 3 2026.
