Kenneth Wayne Dove, Jr. is a Top 10 Wanted Texas Fugitive

Kenneth Wayne Dove, Jr. is a white man, 45 years old.  He is 5'10" and weighs 170lbs.  He has a scar on his front right knee. Dove is currently wanted for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and Evading Arrest/Detention.

Dove is a convicted sex offender and as a sex offender, he is required to register every three months.   Dove was convicted of three counts of delivery of marijuana in 2009.  He was sentenced to six months for each offense and served them concurrently.  in 2016, he was convicted of two counts of Indency with a Child by Sexual Contact for two incidents with a 5-year-old boy.  He was sentenced to 5 years with the TDCJ for each offense and served them concurrently.  He was released from the TDCJ in January 2020.    The El Paso Police Department put a warrant out for Dove's arrest on November 14, 2022, for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.  On January 19, 2023, multiple warrants were issued for El Paso County for his arrest for Evading Arrest/Detention and two counts of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

Kenneth Wayne Dove, Jr is considered armed and extremely dangerous.
