Top TV Moms Ever, Revealed

1. Morticia Addams (The Addams Family)

Morticia Addams, the kooky, mysterious and fabulous matriarch of the Addams family, is TV viewers' all-time favorite mom.

Originally played by Carolyn Jones in the 1960s, the spooky mom has been portrayed by many actors, most notably Anjelica Huston in The Addams Family movie and its sequel, Addams Family Values.

Most recently she's played by Catherine Zeta-Jones in the Netflix series Wednesday.

According to a Roku survey, Gen Z, Millennials and Gen X overwhelmingly picked Morticia as their top TV mom (arguably due to the recent smash hit Netflix series). Morticia's parenting style is hands-off yet engaged and direct as she raises her daughter to be body positive and empowered.
