In 1969, Creedence Clearwater Revival managed to miraculously release three different much-celebrated studio records. Now, their former front man is hitting the road to honor that music. The dates are listed below.

Singer/guitarist John Fogerty has just announced a whole slew of new tour dates for an extensive trek through Canada this November to follow his already-set American tour this summer. The singer intends to turn his jaunt on the road this year as a partial tribute to the albums, ‘Bayou Country,’ ‘Green River’ and ‘Willy and the Poor Boys.’ Of the more well known hits from those records include classics like, ‘Proud Mary,’ ‘Bad Moon Rising,’ ‘Lodi,’ ‘Down on the Corner’ and ‘Fortunate Son.’

In 1969, the group’s label, Fantasy, released only four records, three of which were by Creedence Clearwater Revival. All three albums ended up going at least double-platinum, with ‘Green River’ going triple. In addition to material from these three albums, Fogerty will also play a swath of tunes from across the earlier and later portions of CCR’s career as well as selections from his own successful solo career.

Tickets for the newly announced dates go on sale, Friday, May 23 at LiveNation, with pre-sale beginning on Tuesday at Fogerty's website.
