Lubbock Natives Absolutely Insist That You Visit These Restaurants At Least Once
I was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. I also happen to be a foodie, a coinsurer of fine dining, a gastronome. In other words, a fat guy.
One of my personal favorite places to gorge myself in Lubbock is and always has been Jazz Louisiana Kitchen. My last meal would be a full order of their famous Chicken A La Mer on a bed of rice with double veggies, a side of the stuffed zucchini, and several ICE COLD Coors Lights. Possibly a beignet for dessert if I have room. Oh, and Tracee (the owner) would need to be my server because she's one of my favorite people in the world.
As a tried and true Lubbockite, I know my way around a Taco Villa too! I don't know what it is about that place that makes it so, so good. Maybe it's the red sauce. Maybe it's the tortillas or their famous hot sauce served in the little cups. I don't know exactly what it is, but I'm composed of about 64% Taco Villa.

Basically, we just want to get to know our listeners better and we want to know your opinions on certain things.
