Lubbock Police Investigate Fatal Motorcycle Crash

Major Crash Unit Investigators with Lubbock Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that happened a bit after noon on Monday, December 23rd.

Police say that a pickup truck was pulling a trailer in the 100 block of East 82nd Street when a motorcycle struck the back of the trailer. The motorcycle and rider struck a roll-off dumpster.

The motorcycle rider, 33-year-old David Surber, was pronounced dead at the scene.
