Lubbock Police Make Third Arrest in Early June Drive-By Shooting
Lubbock Police have made a third arrest in the drive-by shooting that occurred on June 5th that injured a teenage girl.
Police have arrested and charged 17 year-old Malachi Peppers with aggravated assault. Through an investigation, police say Peppers was determined a suspect in the case. Jail records show that in addition to aggravated assault, Peppers was charged with resisting arrest.
The previous two suspects, Deangiilo Hill and Treveon Tyler, were arrested last week.
The drive-by still remains under investigation.
