Lubbock Police Reach Out to the Public to Find Home Invasion Suspect
On Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at approximately 2:05 a.m., patrol officers responded to a report of a home invasion just occurred in the 5400 block of Marshall Street.
Six friends were in the garage of a residence playing cards with the overhead garage door open. Three suspects approached the garage, two armed with handguns and one with a rifle. All three suspects had their faces covered with ski mask. They demanded the victims empty their pockets and the victims complied. The suspects then fled the scene with the victim’s wallets and cell phones. No one was injured.
Detectives have gathered enough information to obtain an arrest warrant for one of the three suspects. They need the public’s help in locating Khalil De’Michael Blair who is 18.
Mr. Blair is considered dangerous and possibly armed. Blair is six-feet tall, 260 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information on the suspect should call the crime line at 741-1000.
