Thousands Turn Out to Race for the Cure in Lubbock [Photos]
The 2016 Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Lubbock, Texas brought out a huge crowd eager to run, jog and walk to help raise money in the fight against breast cancer.
Many participants in the race showed their support for a certain family member who's been affected by breast cancer with custom t-shirts. Others dressed as super heroes. And we saw at least one man proudly wearing a pink bra.
The Race for the Cure even brought out support from Texas Tech Athletics. The school's female tennis and soccer teams, along with The Saddle Tramps, turned out to participate in the race. You can see their pictures, along with many more, in the photo gallery above.
