Lubbock Scores Really High on the ‘Best Places to Celebrate Easter’ List
Get ready for another list that has no real meaning in life. This one, however, actually has Lubbock scoring really high. This is the list for the top cities to celebrate Easter in, and we're higher than a lot.
Initially, I wanted to discount this list solely because this is the top 100 cities to celebrate Easter, and Lubbock isn't in the top 100 cities in America. At least not by size. But if you look it this list as the top 100 cities to do Easter in, then I think its great.
Lubbock comes in at no. 57!
Now, some of you might think that's low, but the only reason it's that low is because we scored really low on Easter traditions. And they're correct that Lubbock doesn't have a lot of annual Easter traditions. I'm sure many of you do personally, or your church does, but our city does not. So maybe Lubbock should start throwing some fun egg hunts or something. No, wait. Every time there's a huge egg hunt, there are a lot of crappy people who ruin it for the rest of us.
Anyway, here's the whole list from Wallethub. I, for one, am cool with this ranking.
