Lubbock, Texas Dillard’s Announces Grand Reopening After Remodel

Hey Lubbock! Big News at South Plains Mall!

Dillard’s is throwing open the doors to their brand-new, 220,000 square-foot flagship store this Thursday, October 10, and you’re all invited! This is the biggest Dillard’s in West Texas, and it’s packed with some of the best brands you love, plus a few new ones you’re gonna want to check out.

What’s New:

Sure, they’ve got the classics like Trina Turk, Free People, and Ming Wang, but now Dillard’s is stepping it up. You’ll find new stuff from Lilly Pulitzer, Johnny Was, and even luxury lines like Chanel, Dior, YSL, Armani, Bombas and TravisMathew are in the brand lineup too.

Special Events You Don’t Wanna Miss:

• Premier Night: The party kicks off on Wednesday, October 9 with a red-carpet night hosted by Miss Texas, Annette Addo-Yobo. We’re talking fashion shows, good food, and fun—all for a great cause: supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Dress to impress and help make some wishes come true!
• Grand Opening Ceremony: The real fun starts on Thursday, October 10 at 10:30 AM. You’ll see the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce, City Council, and the South Plains Mall team cutting the ribbon and making it official. And here’s where it gets real: the first 200 folks through the door get swag bags stuffed with mystery gift cards—some worth up to $500! Not enough? There’s also a chance to win a $1,000 shopping spree just for showing up.*
