Today is Monday, and that means two things: the weekend was way too short, and Mugshot Monday is in full swing. Texas Tech lost against North Carolina State with linebacker Bryce Ramirez suffering a serious injury. I saw on Facebook that they televised his bone sticking out of his leg, but I'm too squeamish to Google that.

Another thing was that Joyland Amusement Park will not be re-opening next summer, which is a big bummer since it's been open for 50 years. There were rumors of our KFMX radio personality Wes Nessman buying it for a spooky amusement park, but that's just a rumor and isn't happening. I'm not sure what I would want in place of Joyland just as long as it serves funnel cake. I think I'm a little too excited for the South Plains Fair to get into town.

Since the fair is only five days away, just remember that Thursday is Buck-a-Ride night and parking is free, but don't forget the fair does have a new clear bag policy in place for safety reasons. Follow that rule and don't do anything that could get you a one-way ticket to the Lubbock County Detention Center.

Now, it's time to stretch those scrolling muscles and adjust your eyes for this week's Mugshot Monday.

These 21 mugshots are of people who were arrested on the weekend of September 17th & 18th, 2022 and held in the Lubbock County Detention Center. All people featured are innocent until proven guilty and have only been charged with a crime.
