Newt Gingrich Has Been Sued for Using Survivor’s ‘Eye of the Tiger’ at Campaign Events

Yet another Republican is in trouble for using a song at campaign events without permission. This time it's Newt Gingrich and the song is Survivor's 'Eye of the Tiger'.

The company that owns the song has filed a lawsuit against Newt. Apparently, they've been trying to stop him from using the song at political events for FOUR years now, but he keeps on using it. The suit is seeking unspecified damages.
