There used to be three Arby's in Lubbock until the one on Frankford Ave. closed down. It's been vacant for some time now, but we're excited to announce in the new year it will be home to a restaurant we all know and love.

On July 8th, WestMark Commercial / TCN Worldwide's Facebook page posted that the 3,218-square foot location was up for lease. Then, months later on October 18th, they posted that it had been leased.

According to Lubbock in the Loop, Poliberto's third location will be now located at this spot, 5052 Frankford Ave. They're tentatively set to open in January, which is so soon.

This restaurant is great. If you've never been, you need to. Their breakfast tacos are fabulous and even made my Lubbock breakfast burrito trail list. Their tacos and carne asada fries are my favorite thing on the menu for sure. The give huge portions, so if you walk away hungry, it is definitely your fault.

Poliberto's just recently opened their second location at 2001 50th Street less than a year ago, so the fact that they are opening another one is a good sign.

If you want to check out their original location, it is at 107 Beech Avenue. It's the one I have been to. It is fun colored and the food is something else. I can't wait for this new location to open and serve more of the community.

Congrats, Poliberto's!
