Rampage by the Stage Returns to Lubbock’s Nightmare On 19th Street
Rampage Wrestling returns to Lubbock's Nightmare On 19th Street (602 East 19th Street, adjacent to the Lone Star Amphitheater) with Rampage by the Stage on Saturday, October 15th.
The event is free to watch and is truly no-holds-barred and anything goes. You're welcome to bring a chair, and the wrestling will start at 7:30 p.m.-ish.
Previous Rampage by the Stage events have been straight up bloody brawls and it's absolutely a blast to watch. (Source: Me.) If you're into indie wrestling at all, you'll love this.
The main title match is for the Doldrum Pow Memorial Trophy featuring The Horror Show Zach Morgue as he takes on reigning 2021 champion Wingman Carl in a "West Texas Death Match." The first Rampage by the Stage I saw truly starred Doldrum Pow. He was an impressive man that could take a lot of punishment in the ring.
Additionally, there's an Intergender tag team match between The Texas Nightmare Axel Savage and Dre Allday, taking on #ChaosInc’s Alton Black and Aryn Eris.
And the hardest of hardcore matches between Mystico and Jester. I shudder to think what chaos will reign between these two.
Again, it's totally free to watch this event. Kids are welcome, but it will get intense, so use your parental judgement if you have littles. Want to go through the haunt while you're there? Ticket information can found at Nightmare On 19th Street's website.
I'll see you at Rampage by the Stage, but I might opt for a raincoat for the showers of sweat and blood. Man, sometimes I wish I had been a ring announcer and not a DJ. Maybe one day, I'll be both!
