Three months have passed since the tragic news of Robin Williams' passing first broke, but it looks like the Marin County Sheriff's Office and Coroner have finally finished their autopsy.

According to the coroner's report, no illegal drugs or alcohol were found in the comedian's bloodstream, though prescription medications were found in "therapeutic concentrations." (Quote via E!)

Shortly after his passing, Robin's wife, Susan Schneider, opened up about the struggles Robin had been facing in the time leading up to his tragic death, saying: "Robin's sobriety was intact and he was brave as he struggled with his own battles of depression, anxiety as well as early stages of Parkinson's Disease, which he was not yet ready to share publicly. It is our hope in the wake of Robin's tragic passing, that others will find the strength to seek the care and support they need to treat whatever battles they are facing so they may feel less afraid." Robin Williams was found dead in his home via an alleged suicide earlier this year (Aug. 11). His death was attributed to asphyxia due to hanging.
