Special Olympics Texas – The 24th Annual Ragin’ Cajun is This Saturday
Got beads? Well, dust ‘em off in time for the 24th annual Ragin’ Cajun on April 13 in Lubbock! The Mardi Gras-themed event, hosted by Special Olympics Texas, raises money for South Plains area athletes and is sure to be a festive fundraiser you won’t forget.
Ragin’ Cajun will feature live music from local bands, and silent and live auctions with sports memorabilia, trips and jewelry, just to name a few items. Of course, guests can expect a delicious Cajun meal of crawfish, crab, shrimp, sausage and more. The event will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the City Bank Coliseum on the Texas Tech University campus.
Tickets are $35 in advance and $40 at the door. They may be purchased at the WesTex Federal Credit Union locations in Lubbock and Plainview, and at the South Plains area office, located at 1318 13th Street, Suite 7 in Lubbock.
