There's a video from last year that's making the rounds online...maybe because of the recent heat. It's a blonde teenager explaining how we could cool down the earth by installing huge air conditioners outside.

The video is called "Dingbat Straight-A Honor Student Blonde." And the best part is, it's her dad holding the camera showing how ditzy his own daughter is.
