The Lubbock City Council will consider the Second Readings for 10 separate zoning cases during Tuesday's city council meeting; including for townhomes to be built in South Lubbock at 1810 82nd Street. Tuesday's meeting will be held at the new Citizen's Tower at 1314 Avenue K.
