Nursing Homes

Many elderly folks want nothing more than to see their family, but far too many are left without visitors.

The Texas Attorney General's Office is leading an investigation into a staff walkout that happened at a Littlefield nursing home.

Fully vaccinated residents at nursing homes, assisted living centers, and long-term care facilities in Texas will now be able to meet visitors in person.

While some rules have been relaxed, physical touching is still not allowed.
