The Reserve Culinary Tavern is a restaurant in Lubbock, Texas, located at The Shops in Reserve at Quaker and 103rd Street. They aim to provide great food, cold drinks and wonderful service whether it's happy hour with friends or a date night dinner.

They're known for their variety of specialty cocktails and unique dishes that typically cater to an evening crowd. As a way of switching things up and catering to a different group, they've officially changed their hours of operation on the weekends and are offering a new brunch menu.

The Reserve is now opening one hour earlier than usual at 10 a.m. and going through midnight on Saturdays and Sundays. This chance allows them to cater to the brunch crowd with their new menu that will be offered from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the weekend.

They're offering a wide variety of brunch entrees along with sharables, salads, tacos, burgers, sandwiches and pizza. Some of the brunch entrees include The Reserve French Toast, Short Rib Benedict, Chicken ‘n Waffles and a Glazed Donut Smash Burger.

I spoke with one of the restaurant’s servers about the new menu and she said you have to try "The Hangover," which is a pile of tater tots topped with two eggs, bacon, sausage, queso and siracha sour cream. That's just one of the many new yummy looking dishes that would make for a mighty fine brunch.

You can take a deeper look at their brunch menu as well as their standard menu on their official website.
