TTU Climate Center Hosting Science by the Glass With Dr. Katharine Hayhoe

Texas Tech University Climate Center is hosting a special event on Tuesday, December 10th at Local Bar and Grill, located at 2420 Broadway Avenue in Lubbock.

Seating begins at 5 p.m., and the speaker will begin at 6 p.m.

The event will feature the Climate Center's co-director and world renown atmospheric scientist, Dr. Katharine Hayhoe.

Dr. Hayhoe was named one of the 2019 United Nations Champions of The Earth in the science and innovation category.

Dr. Hayhoe is also known for her Global Weirding YouTube channel. If you haven't checked that out, I highly recommend it. An example of the Global Weirding videos can be found below.
