Wichita Falls Cop Keeps Driving With A Perp On The Roof Of Their Cruiser [VIDEO]

A Wichita Falls police officer had a man in custody in the back of their cruiser the other day. The man didn't want to be in custody anymore. So he kicked out the car's window and climbed out onto the roof, while the cop was driving on the highway.

In a video recorded by a civilian who happened to be behind the cop car, you can see the man sitting on the roof of the cop car as it drives down the highway. Now notice that despite the sensationalism of CBS trying to say the car is speeding down the highway, the car is maybe only going 20 mph. You can tell just by looking at the white lines between the lanes, or the signs on the side of the road. This isn't as wild and dangerous as they want you to think.
