Wow! Even Flooding Doesn’t Stop This Lubbock Chick-fil-A
Chick-fil-A Flooding in Lubbock, Texas
Despite flooding, this Lubbock Chick-fil-A at 4th and Frankford that opened last January re-routed their drive-thru and served their customers with a smile.
Thanks to a call I got from Becca Miller (my dog trainer here in Lubbock) who sent us the story and photos and was on the scene, we learned that the Chick-fil-A manager at the location said: "We still want to serve guests no matter what. I didn't want to shut down the drive through or the store just because we are flooded.''
They said that they actually had to have a car towed because it flooded, so they re-routed the drive-thru with orange cones. Good job serving us through rain and high-water, Chick-Fil-A -- we appreciate you!
Thanks so much for the news update and photos of this heroic story, Becca. Great job!
