United Supermarkets wants to help you build a better meal and one of the ways you can do that is by moving towards "plant based eating." Corporate Dietician with United Supermarkets, Brenda Duby joined me today to discuss plant based eating.

Duby says this doesn't mean you have to become a vegetarian, it just means to base your diet off of it. For Duby that means filling half your plate with fruits and vegetables. Duby also says to add beans to your diet because they are very nutritious, healthy, and they don't cost a lot.

In all Market Street stores this month they can find five recipes that are based off of plant based eating. Check out all the great information Duby has in the video above.
