The homeowner who provided the footage identified the neighborhood as the new development behind East Broadway.

Watch below with sound (volume alert).

According to the homeowner, children were in the home at the time of the incident but were not harmed.

A police report was filed with Lubbock Police Department. At the time of this publishing the homeowner has yet to receive a call back despite several messages left.

With several prior high-profile gang-related drive-by shooting incidents, the approach of Lubbock's law enforcement agencies follows the lead of the anti-gang unit, TAG. Previous shooting incidents include an early October shooting that injured three juveniles, a shooting in May said to involve members of the Bandidos club, and a grandmother killed by a stray bullet in 2022.
