Buffalo Springs Lake will host their 8th Annual State Championship Buffalo Wing Cook Off on Friday, April 13 and Saturday, April 14, 2012.
Judging will be held at The Stage Pavilion located east of camp ground A.
This is an IBCA (International BBQ Cookers Association) Sanctioned Cook Off. The guaranteed pay-out is $10,000.00. The biggest pay out in West Texas!
The official categories are Beef Brisket, Pork Spare Ribs, Chicken and Buffalo Chicken Wings. There will also be a Pinto Bean category with its own pay out of 100% of the entries.
MUST cook ALL meats on site.
Entry Fees: $100- All four Meats (must cook ALL four meats to qualify for Grand
Champion)
$75.00 – Brisket, Ribs, Chicken
$35.00 – Individual Meats
$25.00 – Buffalo Chicken Wings
$10.00 – Beans (Pinto Beans)
