Sparkling wine class & wine dinner.  Try 7-8 different sparkling wines & Champagnes while enjoying a delicious dinner.  $50 per person or $90 per couple.  Group rates are available. Reservations required.

• Lamarca Prosecco- with creamy potato soup with beef
• Charles Lafitte brut-with fried baguette with sauteed onion and feta cheese
• Segura Viusdas Cava - with baked mushroom with sausage, herbs and Parmesan
• Chandon blanc de noir- with smoked salmon and garden salad
• Veuve Clicqot- with ravioli with lobster sauce
• Shingleback Black Bubbles Sparkling Shiraz- with Blackberry Lamb and pasta
• Ballatore Spumante- with beer cheese cupcake with bacon cheddar cream frosting.

The chef is Quang Le...except for the cupcake's which are by Leah Yancey.  Leah is headed to culinary school in London in the fall, so you will want to try her work while you can.
