Lubbock Gets Down to Element at the KOOL Summer Splash [Pictures]

Buffalo Springs Lake's Marina was turned into a dance party Saturday night when Element performed live for a pumped up crowd at the KOOL Summer Splash.

Element, a Lubbock favorite act, performed nearly three hours worth of classic dance-friendly songs, including "Brick House" and "Boogie Shoes."

It took a little while for the laid-back crowd to get off their lawn chairs and on to the dance floor, but once Element broke out their version of "The Electric Slide," there was no turning back. Even some of the little kids got down!
