Raspados Colima is a Lubbock treasure. Just ask any of its devotees. It's absolutely worth the wait in line to get their delicious, fun and affordable food. Their Al Pastor is my favorite burrito in town by a long shot and the creamy, decadent corn cups are to die for. Mark my words, Raspados Colima will go down in history as one of Lubbock's signature eateries.

So when I heard Raspados Colima employees were robbed at gunpoint, I was furious. All they ever did was bring joy and great tastes to Lubbock. Nobody deserves to be robbed at gunpoint just for doing their job, but these jerks messed with true culinary artists. They even took their tip jar.

So please review the police report and if you know anything, please contact the police. And next time you go to Raspados Colima, be sure to tip well.
