Trooper McDonald Memorial Race
Who: The Community is invited to run in the first ever Trooper McDonald Memorial Race on Saturday, March 5 at 9a.m. in Post. Join us as we celebrate the life and service of Trooper Jonathan McDonald.
What: The race is in honor of Trooper McDonald who lost his life while on duty as a Texas Highway Trooper. Proceeds from the race will benefit the family of Brynne Bigham, a 2-year-old girl who has been diagnosed with an unnamed digestive disorder. The race invites all supporters to participate in either a 5k run or one mile walk.
When: Saturday, March 5th at 9:00am. Registration is $15 and begins at 8:00am.
Where: Garza County Law Enforcement Center in Post. 412 E. 15th Street. From Lubbock on Highway 84, make a left at the first light and cross the railroad tracks.
