YouTube is full of dumb prank videos. But this one's so dumb, the guy who did it is lucky he didn't get ARRESTED. Some guy in Santa Barbara, California walked into a bunch of banks wearing a SKI MASK...and asked to OPEN AN ACCOUNT.

Pretty much no one was amused by it.
