The judges absolutely loved Jacob Lusk’s performance of Marvin Gayes’ "You're All I Need to Get By" on "American Idol" last night.

As soon as he was finished, Steven Tyler immediately walked up on stage to hug him, Jennifer Lopezgave him a standing ovation…and in the heat of the moment, Randy Jackson may have called it the best performance in the HISTORY OF "IDOL". Or maybe not.

He gets tripped up, but it sounds like he's saying, quote, "Jacob, listen, this is YOUR best performance on this entire stage in this entire history of this show." (???)

So take that for what it's worth.
