Eating good food appeals to more senses than just taste, and Brenda Garcia, the corporate dietician for United Supermarkets, was talking with us recently about incorporating seasonings that smell good into fruits and vegetables.

In general, many people tend to under-season fruits and vegetables, which can make them less appealing. But Garcia suggests roasting garlic with broccoli, adding cinnamon to applesauce, or sweetening dishes with maple to really bring those fall scents and flavors to the table.
