After serving a one game suspension for conduct detrimental to the team last week, the Michael Bennett experience in New England has ended. It was announced Thursday afternoon that the Dallas Cowboys have acquired the DE for a late round draft pick.

Bennett, who turns 34 on Nov. 13, had 5 tackles, 2.5 sacks and 1 pass defended in six games with the Patriots. In that six-game span, he had been on the field for 133 of 374 defensive snaps.

The Cowboys and Patriots meet Nov. 24 at Gillette Stadium.
