Diep Truong, The Man Behind Tokyo Japanese Restaurant, Has Passed Away & His Family Could Use Our Help

Diep Truong was the man behind the popular Lubbock hibachi restaurant, Tokyo Japanese Seafood and Steakhouse. He passed unexpectedly after having the flu. Let's all come together to help this family in their time of need.

I love Japanese food, and Lubbock has always had a decent group of hibachi restaurants. I think Japanese food is second only to Mexican food in Lubbock. And I always loved taking my family to Tokyo Steakhouse so the kids could watch the talented chefs make fire and put on a show for us.

Unfortunately, the owner of this restaurant, Diep Truong, passed away last week after an unexpected bout with the flu. Now, the family needs some help with the funeral for him.
