Texas Tech baseball is preparing this week to host the program's fourth-ever Super Regional. Here's what fans in Lubbock need to know about getting their tickets, finding parking and more.

Following a dominating performance Sunday by sophomore pitcher Bryce Bonnin to secure the team a Super Regional, eighth-ranked Texas Tech will square off against ninth-ranked Oklahoma State at Dan Law Field at Rip Griffin Park in Lubbock, Texas. The Cowboys earned their spot by defeating UConn 3-1 Monday night.

Game schedule

Game one of the best-of-three series begins at 2 p.m. CT Friday, June 7th and will be televised on ESPN 2. Game two will happen Saturday, July 8th at 5 p.m. and be carried on ESPNU. And Sunday at 5 p.m., if necessary, the Red Raiders and the Cowboys will face off for game three. That game, if it happens, will also be carried on ESPNU.

Tickets

According to the Texas Tech Athletics Department, season ticket holders and Red Raider Club members have until 5 p.m. CT on Tuesday, June 4th to request their tickets to the Super Regional, with season ticket holders having the first right to purchase. Additional tickets will be available based on the Red Raider Club priority point system and availability, the school said.

Tickets that go unclaimed Tuesday will go on sale to the public 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 5th.

The school said it's also holding 300 free seats for Texas Tech students, who can claim them (with a school ID and if they paid the athletic fee in the spring semester) at the ballpark's box office on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 6th.

Parking

Reserved parking spots that were purchased this season will be available for use. Additionally, the school will have the same free parking available during the regular season at the commuter lots near the field.

Bag policy

As with all Texas Tech University athletic events, the school's clear bag policy will be enforced at the Super Regional games. The school is also not allowing re-entry during the games.
