The FDA recently issued a warning about flea and tick medicines for dogs and cats potentially having adverse neurologic affects. If you've used Bravecto, Credelio, Nexgard and Simparica you might want to read this.

Speaking specifically about Bravecto, Credelio, Nexgard and Simparica, the FDA issued this statement:

data received by the agency as part of its routine post-marketing activities indicates that some animals receiving Bravecto, Nexgard or Simparica have experienced adverse events such as muscle tremors, ataxia, and seizures. Another product in this class, Credelio, recently received FDA approval. These products are approved for the treatment and prevention of flea infestations, and the treatment and control of tick infestations.

So if you or your vet have used these medications on your pets, be on the lookout for any adverse reactions your pet may be showing signs of. And contact your vet ASAP if you think something is off.
